Child does not have to be a patient of Dr Patterson’s and does not have a diagnosis at this point. This is a workup for ADHD, anxiety or depression and at times can find other diagnoses as possibilities. May take multiple sessions and several different questionnaires online or in paper form. Forms may be for parents, teachers or child. Followup at the end for wrap up and parents may choose to continue treatment with Dr Patterson if treatment is an option. $300 one time fee.

Child is not a full time patient of Magnolia Pediatrics but parents wish to have the child’s ADHD treated by Dr. Patterson. Patient has already been diagnosed and is stable on medication. Visits are every 3 months unless medication needs to be changed. Telemedicine is an option every other visit.
